When you create an account, you get 45 days of full Standard features — no credit card required. Upload documents, invite your accountant, try everything. After 45 days, choose a plan that fits. Your data stays safe if you need more time to decide.
You’ll see a clear message explaining which limit you’ve reached, with a one-click option to upgrade. We also warn you at 80% so you’re never surprised. Your existing documents and data are always safe — we never delete anything because of plan limits.
You invite your suppliers (vendors, contractors) to upload invoices directly to your workspace. They create a free account, upload documents, and track the status of their submissions in real time. Their uploads count against your plan’s limits, not theirs. Suppliers do not pay.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, your existing data stays — you just can’t create new items above the lower plan’s limits until you’re within them.
No. Accountants use Verifical for free. You invite them, they join. They log in, see your documents, change statuses, and comment — at no cost. That’s it.
Team members are people within your company — the owner, employees, office managers. The owner counts as 1. On Starter, it’s just you. On Standard, you can have up to 5 people. Accountants and suppliers don’t count toward this limit.
All data is stored in EU data centers (Germany, Czechia). Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We’re fully GDPR-compliant. Your documents are only accessible to your team members and the accountants you explicitly invite.
Yes, always. Export is available on every plan — ZIP downloads of your documents and CSV/XLSX exports of metadata. We believe you should always have full access to your own data, so export is never gated behind a premium plan.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can also pay via bank transfer (SEPA), Stripe, Wise, or Paypal. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Currencies supported: EUR, USD, CZK.
No long-term contracts. Annual plans are billed once per year and you can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period. Monthly plans can be cancelled any month. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days so you can export everything.
